This is a nice and cozy stylish one bedroom apartment located in the center of the renowned Louvre - Tuileries - Concorde area, just a few minutes walk away from the famous Louvre museum, the Tuileries gardens and the Place de la Concorde in one direction and another few minutes stroll away in the other are the Comédie Française and the Palais-Royal gardens.

The rue Saint-Honoré and its parent street rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré harbour from west to east the Elysée Palace where the French president resides,  the museum and gardens areas and further away to the east the more popular Marais and Bastille quarters, just at a cycle ride away for the adventurous.

Also quite close from the apartment is the shopping area of the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores and the trendiest shops of the rue Saint-Honoré itself. The numerous restaurants, cafés and lounges in the area offer a large choice of french food and drinks.

"Beautiful apartment in the best location in Paris"

"My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week in June 2010 and had the best time!  The apartment looked exactly like it did in the photos, except for the recent addition of a shower curtain in the bathroom, which the owner pointed out to us upon arrival.  The owners were very friendly and easy to get in touch with.  The apartment is beautiful, quiet, and best of all convenient to everything.  Walking distance to the Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Notre Dame, the Opera...and if you don't feel like walking it is VERY close to the Metro.  If you need to rent a car for sightseeing outside of Paris (we did), there's a Hertz in the Carousel de Louvre, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.  Since there was a washer/dryer combo in the apartment we were able to pack less.  Most mornings we got pastries from the bakery across the street and ate them in the Jardin de Tuileries...it really doesn't get much better than that.  A short walk down the street is Le Petit Machon, an excellent restaurant where we had one of the best meals of our trip.  I highly recommend this apartment!"

Dear Marie, Thank you / mercy for your help during our stay. I hope you received the note and money on the front table platter for a broken glass on our last night. We will certainly be in touch when we next return to Paris! Au revoir.
